Other Notes: Full payment of all fees must be made by the first day of each term unless a written agreement has been entered into with the Principal. Any examination fees should be paid 6 weeks prior to the examination so that entry to exams is confirmed. All cash or cheque payments must be made through the School Accounts office. Cheque payments should be made payable to “Maru-a-Pula School”. The School accepts no responsibility for cheques marked, handed to other members of staff, etc. Cheques returned by the bank will incur a handling charge of 10% of the face value, and must be replaced by a bank certified cheque or cash. If payment is made by bank transfer, please advise the Accounts office of details, so that we can issue a receipt. We are pleased to advise that a discount of 10% is offered on a year’s fees paid in advance (tuition fees only). Sibling discounts: Eldest child pays in full, 2nd child and subsequent children receive 10% discount. Overdue balances will attract interest of 2% per month (compounded), which will be added to the outstanding due balance. The Principal reserves the right to exclude from school students whose fees are in arrears. Capital Development Levy — Method of Payment: a) One single payment of the total amount due, i.e., P14,000.
